Online Mindfulness Programs

These online programs are still continuing during Covid-19 pandemic. It is all free.

For Continuing Learning & Practice

  • Thursday Meeting, each Thu 7-8:30 pm.

  • Qigong, each Wed 2-3 pm.

  • Qigong, each Sunday 8-9 am.

  • Retreat, 3rd Saturday 9 am - noon.

How to Participate: If you are participating our event for the first time, join our mailing list or our group - you will receive meeting links.

For Newcomers

A short introduction to our practice and our group for those who are new to our group is provided. This orientation is recommended for newcomers but is not required to attend.

  • Newcomer Orientation, 1st Wed 7-8pm.

How to Participate: join either our mailing list or our group and send a message to teacher, e.g. “Wishing to attend Newcomer Orientation” at least three days in advance of the orientation.
